Orders

  • How long is an estimate good for?
    • Prices are subject to change without notice, however, any estimate/quote will be honored for 30 days unless otherwise stated on your estimate form.
  • What if I forget to pick up my order?
    • If you are ordering locally and plan to pick up your order, we ask that you do so in a timely manner. Once a customer has been notified that their order is ready for pickup, the products will be stored for up to 30 days. After that time, the products may be discarded and the customer will still be responsible for the full balance of the order. Customer will be notitfied a minimum of 2x before products are discarded.
  • Can you match my colors?
    • There will be a difference between what you see on your computer screen and what is produced. The differences are caused by a variety of reasons such as media type, ink, equipment etc., as well as the difference between RGB & CMYK. Guerrilla Graphix will perform our production work as determined by generally accepted trade technical methods. We do not guarantee an exact color match to art submitted. We are not responsible for color shifts if original work has not been submitted property. Credit or refund will not be given for non-matching colors or shifts. We will produce pleasing colors using standard ink densities. The finished product quality will be the best we can produce according to our equipment abilities. Pantone color matching is available if a specific pantone color is to be matched. Pantone matching may affect production times.
  • Will I see the artwork before you make my item(s)?
    • Of course. We will provide a free artwork proof to you via email for your approval before we begin production. If proofs are waived, Guerrilla Graphix is not responsible for undetected errors. All revisions requests must be in writing. Two rounds of revisions are included in the initial artwork fee. Any revisions after that, excluding errors by the designer (grammar, spelling, etc.) will incur additional fees. Production begins after approval of final proof. NO VERBAL APPROVALS will be accepted. All approvals must be submitted in writing.
  • What is your turnaround?
    • With such a wide offering of services and products, turnaround varies depending on the item in question. For instance, with design included, a full vehicle wrap will take longer than a simple yard sign. You can expect MOST products to be ready for pickup or shipped within 7-10 business days AFTER ARTWORK APPROVAL.   • Do you offer “rush” orders?
    • Yes we do! Any order that requires an immediate turnaround sooner than the standard will be subject to a rush fee. The minimum rush fee is $25 but will be based on the job specifications, difficulty, et cetera. If you have a specific date or time frame for your order, please be sure to include that in the details of your project at the time of the order placement. Before ordering, you may want to give us a call to make sure we can meet your time table.

Warranty & Returns

  • What if there is something wrong with my order?
    • By accepting a completed job, the customer acknowledges that the performance is satisfactory. Customer must inspect product upon receipt. No part of a product can be used if customer is putting in a claim against the order. Guerrilla Graphix keeps a copy of the job, on file, for 30 days. Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the customer, in writing, within 3 business days from receipt.
  • What warranties do you offer?
    • Guerrilla Graphix makes no warranties or guarantees in regard to accuracy of customer submitted files. Proofs are mandatory to be signed off on, prior to production, & will be produced AS IS upon approved by the customer. We are not responsible for damages or loss of revenue that may result from delays in shipping or production. If any of the above limitations do not apply to your state’s jurisdictions in part on whole it does not void this document.
  • Can I return my items for a refund or cancel my order?
    • Canceled orders require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations and work performed at the time of cancellation. The amount will be calculated and subtracted from the upfront payment. In addition, a 35% administrative fee on the total will be charged for any cancellations. Balance of any amounts will be held as store credit for future orders. If any costs exceed the amount paid (i.e deposits), you are still obligated to make payment in full. Due to the custom nature of our products, there are no returns for any completed items that have been approved for production.
  • What is an overrun or underrun?
    • Guerrilla Graphix follows generally accepted trade Practices. Guerrilla Graphix strives to produce the exact amount requested, but a 5% over/under is to be expected in higher volume orders of printed marketing materials. If there are overruns, we will offer to customer at a reduced price. If customer needs an exact amount, we suggest that a min of 5% overage be ordered at the time the order is placed.

Privacy & Security

  • Can I use a copyright protected image?
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that their images are legally reproducible & that they have in their possession written approval of respective owners. By placing an order, customers agree in the event of any legal issues arising from their order they will hold Guerrilla Graphix harmless. Customer agrees to defend and pay all costs, including attorneys fees and costs, associated with any claims made against Guerrilla Graphix and its officers and employees for any violation or claim of violation of copyright laws.   • Is my privacy protected?
    • Guerrilla Graphix will not share or sell any information that has been gathered during order processing with anyone. We use our customer information in house, for the sole purpose of order fulfillment. For more information, view our full Privacy Policy.
